About the Author

Trey is the Content Strategy Manager at the Institute for Creation Research. He’s a passionate advocate for creation science and lifelong fan of science fiction. He finds immense joy in the art of weaving science of the not-too-distant future into stories that highlight timeless truths of the Bible to point everyone, especially young people, to Jesus Christ as their Creator and Savior. Outside of writing, he enjoys reading, hosting podcasts, composing music, discussing faith, and especially spending time with his wife and children.
About the Artist

Lori, an editor at the Institute for Creation Research and coauthor of God Created T. Rex and God Created Monkeys, has been passionate about art since childhood. Initially pursuing a career in education with an M.A. in education and a B.A. in English, her path took a turn when she joined ICR. There, she was encouraged to combine her artistic talents with research projects, blending her love for art with her growing interest in creation.
What are People Saying?
"I'm a fan of reaching others and preaching the Gospel in unique ways. This does both! If you have a person in your life that likes graphic novels I'd encourage you to get a copy of this for them. Trey and Lori did a great job of teaching biblical truth in a way that I believe will connect with the younger generation especially."
Carl Kerby, President & Founder of Reasons for Hope
“Project Artifact: The Spear nails what great graphic novels should do—it shows rather than tells. The storytelling unfolds visually, letting the art and pacing carry the weight without heavy-handed dialogue. Add in Doctor Who-level immersiveness, a slow-building 1984-esque dystopia, and a thrilling cliffhanger? It’s a confident, compelling ride.”
